General terms and conditions of use and contracting of our services

General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services offered by our florist, as well as the purchase of products and services both in our physical establishment and through any means of communication that we make available to you.

By placing an order or contracting any of our services, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. We recommend that you read them carefully before making any purchase.

  • Natural Plants: Bouquets, centrepieces, pots and ornamental plants
  • Home delivery service: Flower delivery in the town and surrounding areas
  • Professional advice: Consultancy in floral decoration and plant care
Important: We do not currently have an online shop. All orders are handled in person, by telephone or by email.

3. Placing Orders

You can place your orders through the following means:

3.2 Necessary Information

To process your order, we will need:

  • Recipient details (if it is a gift)

  • The confirmed delivery date and time

4.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated based on distance and will be communicated before the order is confirmed. Deliveries may have reduced or free shipping costs depending on the order amount.

6. Nature of the Products

6.1 Natural Products

Our products are natural flowers and plants. Due to their nature:

  • There may be slight variations in colour and size compared to the photographs.
  • Availability depends on the season and the market.
  • We will always maintain the style, colours and value of the requested arrangement.

6.2 Duration and Preservation

The lifespan of flowers depends on:

  • The type of flower and variety
  • Environmental conditions (temperature, humidity)
  • Care provided by the recipient

We provide basic care instructions with every delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Defective or Non-Compliant Products

If the product received:

  • Arrives in poor condition or damaged
  • Does not correspond to what was requested
  • It has obvious defects.

You must notify us by providing photographs and a description of the problem. We will then proceed to:

  • Replacement of the product at no additional cost
  • Refund of the amount paid
  • Reembolso del importe pagado

8. Warranty and Claims

We guarantee the quality of our products and services. If you are not satisfied:

  • Provide photographs and a detailed description of the problem.
  • We will study each case individually to offer the best solution.

9. Responsibilities

9.1 Customer Responsibility

  • Provide accurate and complete information for the order
  • Ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Notify any problems within the established time frame.

9.2 Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect customer information
  • Delivery impossible due to recipient's absence
  • Damage after delivery due to poor care of the flowers
  • Allergies or adverse reactions to flowers or plants
  • Force majeure situations (adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.)

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, texts and content displayed in our florist's shop or in our media are protected by intellectual property rights. Their reproduction, distribution or use without express authorisation is prohibited.

11. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

Your data will be used exclusively for order management and service provision. We will not share it with third parties without your consent, unless legally required to do so.

13. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile or the place where the contract was entered into.

In the event of a dispute between the parties, an attempt will be made to reach an amicable agreement. If this is not possible, you may resort to alternative consumer dispute resolution systems or submit your complaint to the competent consumer authorities.
